What is this program?
This is a comprehensive, year-long, and personalised mentorship programme designed to create a 360-degree transformation for motivated undergraduate students seeking early academic and career planning with professional readiness.
Through intensive one-on-one mentoring, structured reflection exercises, and targeted skill-building workshops/exercises, we help you:
- Deeply understand your academic and professional strengths, interests, and goals
- Create an actionable roadmap for academic and professional success during your undergraduate journey
- Develop the skills, mindset and competitiveness needed for exceptional success in top graduate programs worldwide or in your global workplace

Who is it for?
To achieve the transformation this program aims for, starting early is essential. Early preparation is half the battle won.
This program is designed for students in either their 2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate studies (in a four-year undergraduate programme) or in their 1st or 2nd year (in a three-year undergraduate program) who demonstrate strong motivation and unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth.
Final year students are also welcome to participate through customised and accelerated program tracks.
Why this program?
This program was born out of the experience we had (the co-founders of GLC) while we were undergraduate students.
We were young, passionate, and eager to explore the academic and professional world. However, we found ourselves severely limited by the lack of three critical elements:
- Having the right information at the right time
- Making sense of what we believed was right for us at that time
- Acting decisively on the right information when it mattered most
As a result, we learned the hard way often discovering critical insights after the right time had passed.
Looking back, we cannot help but think, “If only we had known then what we know now, we would have done things differently and much better."
This is precisely why we created the GLC Personalised Mentorship Programme: to provide you with the right support system early in your undergraduate journey, enabling you to make informed choices at the right time—choices that will have a significant impact on your career trajectory.

Enrolment process

The initial consultation serves as a little get-to-know-you, and once we assess your individual needs and potential, we will provide you with a tailored program plan and corresponding fees. You can decide later if it aligns with your goals and circumstances.
Enrolment is open throughout the academic year on a rolling admissions basis. However, an inquiry and consultation does not necessarily lead to enrolment, as we pick and choose candidates based on mutual fit and their motivation for the program as well.
Fees
Fees for the program depends on your mentorship needs.
Fees for a month long-engagement is 15,000-18,000 INR. In the month-long engagement, we evaluate your profile (CV) holistically, help you understand what course/university/country (MS, MBA, MPhil, PhD, and so on) suits you the best, and give you specific advice on building a profile for the course/university/country you are applying to.
The year-long engagement is a lot more comprehensive and transformative, where we help deeply transform your profile so that you can land in some of the best institutions globally. The fees ranges between 85,000 INR to 2,20,000 INR depending on whether you opt for only mentorship or mentorship plus specific skill/training modules that will sharpen your profile.
